A tagine is a traditional moroccan stew
prepared with cumin, cinnamon, tomatoes, and lots of vegetables. It’s one of my favorite dishes! Tagines are best served over a bed of rice,
couscous, polenta, or quinoa.

I made this dish for my family last week. It was delicious and provided left overs for a couple of subsequent lunches. I will definitely make this again! two things to note: the chick peas were a bit bland at first, but tasted better the next day as they took on the flavor. I was out of paprika but had a bottle of garam masala that I used to substitute the three spices in the recipe. I would recommend this if you happen to have garam masala on hand.
