Ingredients
2 Tablespoons Margarine or Butter
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
½ teaspoon vanilla
3 cups old fashioned oats
1 to 2 cups crushed pretzel pieces
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt together margarine, peanut butter, and honey (either in microwave
or over the stove). Add vanilla and stir
to combine. Add oats and pretzel pieces
and stir well. Spread mixture on a
baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Bake 10 minutes, watching closely to make
sure the granola doesn’t burn. Let
cool. Store in an air-tight
container.
