Ingredients:
5 slices bread,
cubed (day old bread works great!)
3 Tablespoons
butter, melted
1 ½ cups grated
cheddar cheese
3 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
½ tsp. dry mustard
1 cup cooked
breakfast sausage, diced (can also used chopped ham)
½ cup chopped bacon
1 cup chopped
peppers (optional)
Directions:
Line a square glass
baking dish with bread, sausage, peppers, and bacon. Combine wet ingredients (butter, eggs, and
milk). Pour over top of casserole. Top with cheddar cheese. Place in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 325 degrees uncovered for 45-60
minutes.
