Garlic Dijon Salmon

Ingredients:

4 salmon fillets
4 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper to taste


Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.  Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.  In a small bowl, stir together mustard, honey, and garlic.  Set aside. Place breadcrumbs in another bowl.  Brush each salmon fillet lightly with mustard mixture and coat with breadcrumbs.  Bake salmon 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until it flakes easily with a fork. Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with a wedge of lemon.
